Dr Diloni Allwin

Following the recent passing of our dear colleague and friend, Dr Diloni Allwin, St Andrews would like to create a 'Book of Condolences' and share some of our many happy memories and thoughts with her family. If you would like to contribute to this then please either drop a notelet, card, letter (no bigger than A5), into the surgery or email in your entry (standrews.mc@nhs.net). You are also invited to come into the surgery and write directly into the book if you would prefer - please just ask at reception.   

The book will be availible until 12:00pm on Friday 22nd September, after which time will be passing it over to Dr Allwin's family.
