New Online Educational Platform for Diabetes
St Andrews Medical Centre are excited to announce that they are one of a few surgeries currently able to register patients for access to the new online educational programme for diabetes.
myDiabetes is aimed at type 1 and type 2 diabetics to access information and support with regards to several aspects of their diabetes treatment.
The platform includes diet and lifestyle support as well as information such as how to care for your feet.
Patients are able to record and maintain personal targets such as HbA1c and weight.

Patients will be asked to nominate an email address to gain access to this.
